Happy Finals Week!     After a semester long investigation into conspiracy theories as well as a deep dive into both Premier and Audition I have culminated my work into this final project. I have learned so much about video editing, especially animation, through this class and cannot wait to explore more into these softwares as my collegiate and artistic career continues onward.     In this project I explored the societal belief in conspiracy theories, what our peers at High Point University subscribe to, why people happen to believe in conspiracy theories. I hope you enjoy this expose as much as I enjoyed this class. Thanks for watching!

Hey guys! Wow what a semester! I cannot believe this is the last blog post. Attached here is my animated and edited project, I really hope everyone enjoys it before the final!
Hello! Here is my audio project converted into an animatic, placing pictures from the internet into a video matching up with my audio story. This was such a fun project to do, between revisiting my audio story and finding the correct content to pair along with it. As someone who is well adept in iMovie, transitioning to Premier was a natural venture; once I got used to where the tolls and keyboard shortcuts are! Enjoy guys!
Final Audio Story! Wow, what a crazy few weeks it has been. Looking back on this project, its crazy to imagine I had no idea where I should even start with using Adobe Audition only a few short weeks ago. Now, here I have a completed podcast which I feel genuinely so proud of. Here, one last time, is my project on conspiracy theories. I am a huge nerd about the unknown, so much so that I am most likely binging Ancient Aliens as you're reading this, so doing my project on conspiracy theories just seemed like the perfect fit for me. While I expected not everyone to be such a tin-foil Mad Hatter as I am,  I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the people I had talked to had some sort of pseudo-science they believed in. This post is the culmination from all I have researched and discovered over the past few weeks, comprised in the Radio-lab "no knowledge, some knowledge, reflective non-knowledge" styling they are known for. Hope you all enjoy!
Hello! Here is any blog post on the expanded version of this project. First off here is the interview of an expert by a Phd student, then following that is a music piece which will be the new backing track for my audio piece. Finally I reattached the primary version of my audio project! Here is my interview with a professional. A friend of mine, David, is currently on his last year of the Psychology program here and is pursing his Phd in this next coming years. I asked if he had. any idea on the topic of the psychology of conspiracy theories, and to my luck he had recently completed a case study on his and other psychologists ideas on our fascination with the unknown. Here is his contribution of a few bits of info on the "why we believe" part of conspiracy theories. https://www.premiumbeat.com/royalty-free-tracks/interconnected Interconnected Music This wavy and interesting piece is a perfect backing track for my conspiracy theory topic. By giving a introspective m...
Dark Side of the Earth Podcast Review Introduction In this installment of Radiolab, podcasters Jab Abumrad and Robert Krulwich are allotted the once in a lifetime honor of talking on the phone with astronaut Dave Wolf; who used the International Space Station's single phone call rule to chat about life 254 miles above where us earthlings stand today. Kinds of Audio Jab and Robert introduced bits of their and Dave Wolf's conversation, creating listener clarity of the rather sporadic  interview clips . There was a stark contrast between the interview and the following voiced over  discussion, the International Space Station's echoing manner coupled with its grainy   natural sound quality creating a clear departure from the crisp  ambient sound created by RadioLab's studio. Moments of Reflection Though a good portion of the interview was jovial, Jab poking fun at how one could do such mundane tasks as make rice or use the bathroom without the aid of...
